4.       Shape: Using one mold two pieces and electronic screw press to make better shape.

5.       Inspection: twice inspections. To ensure the quality strictly.

6.       Shot blasting: Using 0.8mm steel shot.

7.       Antirust treatment: dipped into sodium nitrite at least 10 min.

1. Q1: Do you have MOQ?

     A: It depends on the products. 

 2. Q2: Do you supply the samples?

     A: Yes, we supply the samples by free, but the courier charge should be paid by you.

 3. Q3: How about the delivery time?

     A: It depends. Usually it needs 20-30days.

 4. Q4: How about the quality gurantee?

    A: For power coating products, we can gurantee 8-10 years without rust. Others we can             gurantee at least 4-6  years without rust.

     A: We suggest 50% T/T desopit, the other 50% should be paid before shipment.
